Clarice studied at Guildhall School of Music and Drama and the Royal College of Music with various internationally renowned teachers, such as David Takaeno and Madeleine Mitchell.
She focused her early career on performing the works of contemporary classical composers such as John Cage and Boulez. Clarice’s interest in new repertoire has led her to work with some of the most exciting young composers in the UK that work in the Dance, Film and Classical industries. She finds new reasons to continue learning and enjoys seeking out other cultures and disciplines.
Clarice’s current projects have been inspired by her recent work with Akram Khan in his Final solo performance ‘XENOS’. She currently is a member of the Countess of Wessex string orchestra and a regular freelance musician across the UK.
